Your hosts Rufio, Switch and Gamble bring to the airwaves an eclectic show including, interviews, giveaways, news, infomation, gig guides and the occasional guest. For the first hour of the show they play an a mix of urban beats including hip hop, breaks, trip hop, downbeat, jazz, dub and of course Drum n Bass. The second hour of the show is a DnB mix session, so have your tape handy! The final five tracks of the show consists of the Urban Notion 'top 5 mixdown' of Drum n Bass for the week.
