Canaan Downs Festival '08'

The people made the party! The heart was in the people! Everyone who brought their friends and family to the beautiful landscape of Canaan Downs to celebrate New Years reconnected to the beat that is Aotearoa.

The Canaan Downs Festival experience is about getting there and being there. Having kicked off on the 29 December, we were spoilt for a further 3 days as Aotearoa's finest put on amazing performances. Standout New Years Eve main stage sets from Tom COSM, Psyzaak and Aragorn brought in the New Year in stunning fashion. However, the quality of the tribal zone and .3rd Resistance zones lifted the festival to levels not experienced since the early Gathering days.

The Canaan Downs Festival was definitely rich in diversity and good vibes, it will be happening again next year so see you at the friendliest festival of the year!
